Owner account data (name, email, WhatsApp, business details), property and room data, tenant data entered by owners (including identity number if provided), rental and payment records, and technical logs (IP address, audit trail).
To operate the subscription service, generate invoices, send reminders you configure, process payments through Midtrans, and provide support. We do not sell personal data.
Tenant personal data is controlled by the property owner. Tenants can access their own rental, billing and deposit information through the tokenized portal or an OTP login. Guest portal links are random and expire.
Card and QRIS data are handled by Midtrans. GASKAMAR stores only transaction references, method, amount and status. API keys are stored server-side and never sent to the browser.
Financial records (invoices, payments, deposit ledger, refunds) are retained and immutable for accounting integrity. Suspending a workspace never deletes data.
